Applications are invited in the prescribed form from Medical Graduates who fulfill the pre-requisites mentioned below for admission into different MD/MS courses Sir Salimullah Medical College from January 2010. |

MS (Obs. and Gynae) Eligibility:
- Completion of 1 (one) years after Graduation (MBBS/recognized equivalent degree) on or before 31st December, 2009
- Govt. candidates should complete 2 (two) years of government service on or before 31st December, 2009
- UOC trained candidate will be eligible after 2 years completion the training on 31st December, 2009.
- Non-government candidate should not engage any service in training period.
- The application form is available by depositing Tk. 1500/- only in cash at the office of the principle, Sir Salimullah Medical College, Dhaka.
- Candidates already in any Post-graduate Course are not eligible to apply.
- Candidates, provide incomplete application, false information (whenever detected) will be rejected.
- A candidate can apply for only one subject.
- As per rules 50% will be seat reserved for Govt. candidates and 50% for Non Govt. Candidates.
- Age of the applicants should not exceed 45 years on 31st December, 2009.
Important Info:
- One copy Bio-data.
- 3 (three) copies of recent passport size photographs (attested).
- Working certificate from the appropriate authority in the place of posting (only for Govt. Candidates)
- Attested photocopies of following certificates : (i) SSC & HSC (ii) MBBS (iii) Internship training Certificate (iv) BM&DC Registration Certificate (v) Final MBBS Mark sheet (vi) Any others higher training certificates (if any)

- Admission Test : 25 Sep '09 at 9:30am to 11:00am (MCQ Type)
