Course Name:
- FCPS ( Paediatrics ) Part one
- MD (Paediatric Medicine)
- MS (Pediatric Surgery)
Eligibility:
- Completion of 18 Months after Graduation (MBBS/recognized equivalent degree) on or before 31st December, 2009
- Application will only be accepted in the prescribed form.
- The form will be available from the office of the BICH on all working days (9:30 AM to 1 PM) on payment of Tk.1500/-(non-refundable) by Bank Draft/Pay Order in favour of “BANGLADESH INSTITUTE OF CHILD HEALTH, DHAKA”.
- Candidates employed at Govt/Semi Govt/Private/Autonomous organization should apply through proper channel. Govt. candidates must complete two years of job as on 31 December 2009.
- Other eligible candidates may also apply.
- One candidate must not apply in more than one subject.
- Candidates, provide incomplete application, false information (whenever detected) will be rejected.
- Admission is entirely on merit basis.
- Age of the applicants should not exceed 45 years on 31st December, 2009.
Important Info:
- One copy Bio-data.
- 3 (three) copies of recent passport size photographs (attested).
- Working certificate from the appropriate authority in the place of posting (only for Govt. Candidates)
- SSC Certificate
- MBBS Certificate
- All professional MBBS mark sheet
- Registration certificate of BMDC (Necessary for FCPS course)
- Internship Certificate
- Residency training certificate (if any)
- Original certificate in favour of government service.
