Applications are invited in prescribed from from citizens of Bangladesh for admission in Bachelor in Civil Engineering, Electrical and Electronic Engineering, Electronics and Communication Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering & Management and Computer Science & Engineering in session 2009-10. |

Important Information
- Students who passed HSC/equivalent in 2009.
- Minimum GPA 4.0 in SSC/equivalent.
- Total GPA 17 in Physics, Chemistry, Mathematics GP 3.5 and English. GP 3.0 in each of these individual subject at HSC/equivalent level.
- For GCE: Who passed A-level after November 2008. Must pass at least five subjects in O-level and B grade in Physics, Chemistry and Mathematics in A-level.
- All tribal and foreign certificate holders are eligible to appear in the admission test.
- Total seat=485; (CE=120, EEE=120, ME=120, CSE=60, ECE=60, IEM=60, others=5)
- Total 4500 candidates based on HSC level of Physics, Chemistry, Math and Functional English will be allowed for admission test.
- Total Marks in admission test is 500 (Physics 150, Chemistry 150, Math 150, English 50) and type of question is MCQ.
Application Form available:
- The Prescribed Application form & prospectus is to be obtained from Registrar(s) Office. A bank draft of Tk. 400/- (only Janata Bank, KUET Branch) OR A deposit receipt of Tk. 400/- at Current A/C No. 143, Janata Bank, KUET Branch, Khulna is required.
- Or application form collect by post to sending a 400/- bank draft pay of Janata Bank, KUET Branch only and self address envelope (22cm x 30cm) with fixing 20/- stamp.
- Bank Draft procedure: on behalf of "Chairman, Admission Committee, KUET" and Janata Bank, KUET Branch only other bank no allowed.

- Admission Form Sale starts : 06 September 2009
- Last date of submission : 18 October 2009, 5:00 pm
- Publish eligible candidate list : 25 October 2009.
- Admission Test : 31 October 2009 at 10am to 12:30pm
- Result of Admission Test : 08 Nov 2009
